Senator Bailey shares the concerns of many relating to the lack of representation from Southern Maryland and rural areas of Maryland in the composition of members of the Accountability and Implementation Board (AIB). The below letter was submitted for consideration to the Chair and Vice-Chair of the board to provide additional information on the unique needs of our more rural school systems.
